An education program that turns you into a certified Pocari Sweat Heat & Hydration Leader — equipped with the science and knowledge to help your community.
Each module builds knowledge, practical skills, and a sense of responsibility — culminating in a community project you design and implement.
Pocari Sweat was built on science: formulated in 1980 to match human body fluids for optimal hydration. That same evidence-first mission drives this program. As a Pocari Sweat Heat & Hydration Leader, you carry both the knowledge and the credibility to change behavior at a community level.
Awarded upon successful completion of all six modules, final project submission, and presentation to community partners.
